Las Vegas Uncontested Divorce
In Las Vegas and Nevada "Uncontested Divorce" is a phrase associated with a divorce in which both parties agree to all issues of custody, support and property and simply need a family court judge to sign an official divorce decree. You may also look at an uncontested divorce if the other spouse has abandoned you or is unwilling to participate in a divorce and there are no children or property to the marriage.
There are a few ways to file for an uncontested divorce. One way would be for both spouses to complete and file a "joint petition" for divorce with the Clark County Family Court. This would not be available if the the spouse is not able or unwilling to participate. Another way, and more effective in most situations, is to allow our divorce attorneys to represent you by filing a "Divorce Complaint" and assisting your soon to be ex-spouse with the necessary paperwork for divorce.
Advantages of "Uncontested Divorce"

- Quicker & May Not Require an Appearance in Las Vegas Divorce Court
