Mediation. The Growing Method of Solving Divorce, Child Custody, and Property Division Issues

Mediation Advantages

The typical solution when you find yourself in a divorce, child custody or property division situation is litigation. You hire an attorney, your soon to be ex-spouse hires an attorney and after thousands of dollars  and dozens of stressful hours in court you fight your way to a resolution. There is a better alternative and its called mediation.

There is no reason to fight. Divorce is a simply a restructuring of responsibilities, relationships, assets and finances that can be done amicably.  Mediation reduces the costs and emotional stress of an adversarial divorce. • Reduction in court costs & attorney fees
  • Less time spent in courts or in depositions

The goal of mediation is to work through the legal matters without conflict, without the costs of two attorneys and to empower decision making between the clients instead of the court.
